I didn't start Reach4TheTop in a boardroom. I started it watching people.

Watching folks tired of working for people their whole lives — clocking in, giving their best years to somebody else's dream, then coming home too tired to build their own. I watched people type out their dreams in group chats and then wipe their own words before anybody could see them. Good people. Innocent people. They just lost track of what they were put here to do.

One night I was sitting back, just thinking — phone in my hand, Life360 open — and it came to me plain as day:

Reach for the Top.

That wasn't a slogan. That was a direction.

The Pyramid

If you look at what Reach4TheTop stands on, it's a pyramid.

God is at the top. Jesus is at His right hand. And humanity is on the other side — the people who lost track, trying to find their way back up.

That climb is the whole mission. Reach4TheTop exists to help people climb — out of the job that drains them, out of the doubt that keeps them deleting their own words, and into whatever they were meant to build.
